We had a fantastic stay at a lovely family villa. The hosts were incredibly nice and welcoming, always attentive to our needs but never intrusive. The room was spotlessly clean and comfortable, providing a peaceful retreat after exploring the nearby beach, which was only a short walk away. The highlight of our stay was the delicious meals, especially the fresh fish that Roy, the husband and fisherman, caught from the sea. We were truly touched by the genuine hospitality of the family and their willingness to assist us with anything we needed. Highly recommended!

The owner, Roy, and his wife Jennifer, were perfect hosts, making us feel right at home. The rooms were extremely clean and new, with no mosquitos inside thanks to the mosquito nets and electric repellents. We thoroughly enjoyed the delicious breakfast and dinner prepared by Jennifer, especially the traditional Sri Lankan fish curry. The villa is located in a calm and safe neighborhood, with many restaurants and the beach in close proximity. We highly recommend Marcelin Family Villa for families looking for a quality and affordable stay in Negombo.
